Sometimes the users IP may get blocked when there is more number of FTP login failures. The below steps will help you to unblock a domain or IP Address which has been blocked due to login failures in windows server.
Follow the steps given below to unblock a certain IP
1. Login to Remote Desktop Connection (Start -> Run -> mstsc)
2. After logging into Remote Desktop
3. Start -> Run -> compmgmt.msc -> Users and groups -> Users
3. Right-click the user and go to properties.
4. There are checkboxes for disabled and locked out.
5. Uncheck both of them.
