Unable to create account
Sometimes in WHM we can't create a new account and all the packages will be displayed in red color. This can be because you would have exceeded the bandwidth limit.
Normally the packages will display in green color and when the bandwidth has been exceeded, you won't be able to create account and all the packages will be show in red color.
In such case either you ask your reseller or hosting provider to increase the bandwidth limit or either you switch over for other packages with more bandwidth.
