All the Cpanel scripts are located in the /scripts/ directory. To upgrade or update all most all the Cpanel software through ssh or command prompt manually just run the upgrade script which will update the required software automatically.
Update Exim Mail server
# /scripts/eximup
To update other cpanel software run
# /scripts/software-name
Most of upgrade software's name ends with up eg: eximup, courierup..
If you face any problem while upgrading try to run
# /scripts/eximup --force
